How it Works
With our Fundraising Program, your sellers use the provided order forms to sell our fresh fudge at $12 per ½ lb box or $22 for two, earning your group $3 per box. Once your selling period (minimum two weeks) wraps up, we’ll make the fudge fresh, package each seller’s orders with their form, and have everything ready 14 days after receiving your final forms. Orders can be picked up in Cornwall or delivered by arrangement. Payment is collected by your sellers and combined into one cheque (or cash) from your group, payable to Cowans Dairy.

How long will the fudge stay fresh?
The Fudge is made fresh for your fundraiser. It will stay fresh for 6 weeks once you receive it.
How should we store the Fudge once we receive it?
We recommend storing your Fudge at room temperature and NOT in the fridge. The fridge will dry your Fudge out faster!
Can I freeze the Fudge if I’m not going to eat it within 6 weeks?
A: Absolutely! Freezing Fudge is a simple process and if done properly your Fudge will taste as fresh as it did when you first received it. First, wrap your Fudge in saran wrap or tinfoil. Then, place it in a Ziplock freezer bag and make sure it’s sealed with no air inside. Once you’re ready to eat the Fudge, remove from freezer and allow it to sit on the counter at room temperature until it’s fully thawed. Keep it in the wrap and the bag until it's completely thawed. Unwrap and enjoy!
Is the Fudge Gluten Free?
Most of our Fudge flavours are Gluten Free. Some flavours have toppings added that are not Gluten-Free and therefore those flavours are not Gluten Free. The only flavours on your Fundraising Order Form that are not Gluten Free are Smores and Cookies & Cream. We do our very best due to allergy concerns but we cannot guarantee there is no cross-contamination in the process of making the assorted Fudge Flavours.
Is the Fudge Dairy Free?
Our Fudge is made with real cream and butter and therefore it is NOT dairy free.
How soon after I sell the Fudge will my customers receive it?
We offer a 14 day turnaround on Fudge Fundraising orders. This means that within 2 weeks from handing in your form, your Fudge will be ready for you to pickup and distribute to your customers!
